VODACOM NOT WOKING IN WITBANK?

I've complained on hellopeter and many times at vodacom suince 2 feb. no fix yet... just says working on the problem. NOT ACCEPTable. Illegal: breach of contract... they take my money but do not deliver. And keep on deferring the problem.
