Incorrect billing 5 months in a row

I have upgraded my phone and renewed my contract beginning of January this year. My contract has been loaded incorrectly on MTN systems and on top of my agreed upon contract amount I am charged an additional fee adding about another 50% on my bill. I phoned MTN help and they advised the only way to fix this is by the service provider where I signed my contract. I visited the Irene shop soon thereafter in early March to try and get this sorted. They needed to update their system information and my billing would be corrected. A month later when I received my bill it was clear that this issue was not resolved and I was charged incorrectly again. I visited the shop again in early April and went through the whole process again. "They would update the system info and my account will be sorted". This is now May. I have received my next bill. The issue is not resolved. My "additional" payments has added up to over R1000 for a service I don't get and I didn't sign up for. I don't know what to do to get this resolved. I have spent a lot of my own time trying to correct someone else's error with no results.
