To cut a very very long story short, I received my cancellation ref. no. in December 2012 after struggling since Aug/Sept 2012 not upgrading and cancelling my contract. I've been with Autopage for many years and in all the years have always had some problem.

Now I'm being sued for 2 months outstanding and reported to ITC. I will not pay that amount as the number of my airtime on another network I've had to stay on line while being passed from Credit Control to Cancellations to Accounts and back and forth since September is 10 times the amount I supposedly owe. The incompetence of the staff at Autopage and then they speak to you as if you are a criminal. Every time I phone, the person I spoke to previously is not in or whatever and then I have to explain all over again.

Oh yes don't forget Retentions!!! The one department does not know what the other is doing! They don't put notes on the system and the so-called Customer Manager, who promised to phone me back... I'm still waiting. And oh yes, another thing - my phone was disconnected since October 2012 therefore I could not even use any airtime I had left over due to some miscommunication.

My feeling: AUTOPAGE!!!
