I ported 2 numbers from Autopage to MTN on the 22nd July, I have been charged in full by Autopage for Aug, Sept, Oct and Nov for these number and charged an additional monthly device payment. I have called Autopage at least 50 times with no help. I keep on being told that a credit will be passed and my money refunded - but nothing happens. So for the past 4 months I am paying both MTN and Autopage. The Autopage accounts department have a full list on their system of all my calls but nothing happens... I was with Autopage from 1996 and the only reason why I ported was because of poor service.
