Cell phone with in Altech Autopage

I have Contract with altech Autopage
I always am querying my account with Autopage as the amount varies every month.
in December 2012 my daughter lost her phone, we went to get a new sim card from Autopage and left my Id book there by mistake. A few months later Autopage called me to go and collect it and when I did I saw a pile of other Ids there but did not think much of it. I queried my account again as it is to high and they told me its because I have 3 cell phones which I don't I have 2. I then learned that somebody bought cell phone at Autopage on my ID Number while my Id was in Autopages possession. I have been paying this persons cell phone since January 2013 which they failed to tell me, each time I queried my account, only up until now do I know why. And due to their negligence my phone was then suspended which is shocking. THEY STILL HAVE NOT SORTED THIS OUT. how many other people that left their Id books there, have been used as well???
