I've been battling to get out of my autopage contract after it has expired and that was since October 2012. No body knew what was happening and everyone was telling me a different story, I spoke to about 8 people in Autopage. I made the mistake to stay with autopage and changed my package on the 17th of November 2012 to a Top up 135. IT IS STILL NOT LOADED, I've checked my balance for December and it is R420 but I'm supposed to be on a top up 135. I've tried to phone autopage and everyone is saying something else, the last person even told me to phone back later and that is from CUSTOMER SERVICE department. I send and email on the 4th of January 2012 asking why my balance is R420 if I'm on a top up 135?.. I received an sms today, almost 2 weeks later that My Credits Required has been successfully completed... I don't know what that means, that was not what I asked so I phoned AGAIN and the lady said that I'm still paying for my previous contract... WHY???...No body in Autopage knows what's going on, their service is terrible. I want to cancel my contract and go to a service provider that knows what they are doing.
