LOYALTY POINTS RIPPED OFF BY MTN

I have a contract with Autopage Cellular on MTN Network. In February 2013 I tried tranferring 10800 loyalty points from my cell number to my wife phone so that she can use the points to purchase airtime as I am on contract and she is on prepaid. Contract customer can't use loyalty points. After I tried transferring points she did not receive any points and I on several occasions contacted MTN who told me to phone autopage. After phoning autopage several times, they tell me to phone MTN. This has been going on for far tooo long without a resolution. They are claiming that I purchased R180 airtime with the 10800 points on my number which is a contract phone number and I cannot use prepaid airtime. I have on several occasions brought to to MTN and Autopage attention. I would like an answer from them as to where my 10800 points has disappeared to because I have not received any airtime to date and my points are missing. I am really disgusted in MTN and AUTOPAGE as I have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years.
