Misleading advert cell c having the lowest rate

Cell C claims to have the lowest call rate in the country of 99c per minute, yesterday i discovered that its not true they turned out to be the most expensive network a complete rip off, I decided to check if its true what they advertise about their call rate, before i made a call yesterday my airtime balance was R52.00 i then called my brother around 18:10pm and spoke to him for 5min 28 sec his on mtn ntework then i checked my balance to see how much i was charged for the call and i got a shock of my life my balance was R30.20 meaning i was charged R6.00 per minute this is pure roberry i am on control chat everymonth cell c loads R110 AIRTIME in my phone these airtime never lasts i mean R6.00 per minute this is not on CELL C IS A RIP OFF and on top of that i work in cbd in a building close to luthuli house on the 6th floor i never have network inside that building its as good as my phone is off when i walk in the building i will get from cell 8 hours later that i missedcalls the whole day i dnt recieve messages or what's app i have to go stand at cetain corner to get network, Cell C stop misleading us.
