Upgrade Nightmare!!!

I have had my account with Autopage for more than 10 years!!! I keep renewing my contract with them (upgrading) I upgraded again in December and had my phone for 2 days and had a software problem! I called them and they said they were sending a courier to collect my phone to check out the problem - The phone was sent back on the 24th of December 2012. They never told me if they were going to repair my phone or just replace it

I received no feedback from Autopage as to the progress and kept having to call them and being sent from department to department and being kept on hold forever and a day - Leaving messages also didn't help because nobody called me back! - From not knowing where my phone was to what the problem was or they weren't sure if they had a replacement in stock. I just kept calling - Eventually I was told that a new handset would be sent to me - It is now almost a month later and still no upgraded handset! I called thrice today and once again they would get back to me... I'm not holding my breath!

The notes on the system are NEVER accurate and after how many times being told that this matter was escalated to management - nothing has been done to rectify the matte
