My contract was terminated in Sept 2013, and Autopage did not cancel accordingly, even though written notification was given way in advance. I notified Autopage that their system was incorrect, and it took 3 weeks for them to sort this out, They had to de-register my number in order to sort out their network failure "confirmed by autopage as network failure". I was told to use my phone as per Najma, as it would be in my favour as they had a network problem, and I won't be charged. "They have a recording of this" Two months later I get billed by autopage. They always seem to come back to bite you in the behind.

I am yet to get a reply from Autopage.

They are the most terrible company to deal with. They might have cheaper contracts, however in the long run, it will cost you in time, phone calls and unnecessary stress.
