I have been an Autopage customer for 2 years and would like to move to Cell C since Autopage can not match the deal I am interested in. Our 2 year contract term expired and we informed Autopage about the cancellation of our contracts.

I have been unable to port my number to Cell C and requested Autopage to convert my number to prepaid. The request went through on 4 October. Today 8 October, I still don't have any network coverage. The error message reads " Sim card registration failed" After numerous phone calls to Autopage, sending me from one department to the next, I am still not able to use my phone.

I don't know what to do anymore. This process costs me a fortune in phone calls...
