On 7 September 2012 a completed transfer of ownership agreement was sent with all required documentation to Autopage a response was received from Eugene who confirmed receipt of the mail and documents and advised that the outcome will be communicated.

Over 4 months have passed and still no communication. A follow up email was ignored completely.

This is the second incident with Autopage that has led to undue frustration. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as it expires and refuse to ever deal with Autopage again.

I will also be advising my company, who has dealt with Autopage for over 10 years, of the poor service that I have received. It seems that loyalty really means nothing to Autopage.

Extremely disappointed.
