Non arrival of complimentary good

Vodacom Rewards Co. phoned me in Feb to inform me that I've been specially selected for a special on cellphones ending soon (can't believe I was that naive) and that i can order any phone I like. So me being me. I ordered a Samsung Tab 10.1 in February (can't remember the exact date), which came with a 32 Gig SD card, free of charge! The tablet was delivered, when i checked the contents of the package i realised that the SD Card is not included with the delivery. I called the very same day, I was told that it might have being a mistake from the factory not to include the SD Card. The month of Feb/Mar ended without them delivering the SD Card or contacting me. I'm always in luck of speaking to the same consultant but she always acts as though she never spoke with me before, she always escalates the matter but nothing has being done till now. I've contacted this "company" SO MANY TIMES and 4 months later i'm still waiting for the 35 Gig SD Card.
