Called MTN on 17 April enquiring about my upgrade and my high cellphone charge - spoke to Fred Hayward, who promised to escalate the issue and give me constant feedback of what is happening to my request - the deadly with end of April. Eight weeks later, I had to phone MTN, as I have had no form of communication from MTN - only to be told that the matter has been resolved, and my account has been credited! This is rather disgusting. MTN charged me for a data package, but never activated it; they were very quick and willing to take my money, but they cannot be bother to communicate to me regarding my account, and the money they freely took from me. Fred is the worst customer service agent - he has commitments that he never kept, in other words, he blatantly to a customer.
