Still being billed after cancellation

I just want to state my dissapointment concerning the fact that money is being deducted from my account after cancellation has been made. I emailed Vodacom on 05/03/2013 stating that I want to cancel the value added services since it is going to cost too much. They replied and said they are going to do that within 24 hours. An amount of R50 has been deducted from my account on 28/03/2013, R120 on 18/03/2013 and R160 on 15/04/2013- 16/04/2013. This really is unacceptable. I have proof of money deducted and cancellation email. The reference number that they provided for the inquiry is TTD130305-00919-3648.
