Tired of MTN's failure to resolve my Isuue

I called MTN on the 23rd of April to report that I was not able to connect to the Internet with a Modem whose contract I had just signed up for. This was specifically in my area of Bramfischervile. The number in question is: 0835011239.

I spoke to an agent in the Data desk by the name of Jabulani. He promised to escalate the issue to the Technical Desk, and that I would receive feedback in a few day's time. Nothing happened for a week, so I called them back and spoke to an agent who promised me speedy feedback.

Another week elapsed and still there was no form of communication from MTN. I then called them for the third time on the first weekend of May, and spoke to an agent who logged a new query, and promised to call me back the following Tuesday.

I still haven't heard anything from MTN and my query is still not resolved.

I have a 2 year Contract with MTN and I have been with them for more than 10 years. However I'm not prepared to put up with this kind of poor treatment.

If they are failing to resolve my query, let them say it, so that I can get rid of them.
