Worst service provider I have ever dealt with

I had logged a query on the 1st of December 2013 to enquire on how my phone was charged with a certain number of data and where the additional data had come from as whenever I checked my balances via *111#, it showed me a lesser amount of what the call centre agent would pick up. I had followed up at least 4 times during the course of this month to find out why no one has contacted me. I have gotten the consultants to escalate the matter for me twice already and up until now no one has made any contact to update me on why I was seeing a lesser amount of data on my account and as to why there was so much of data on my account (it was some odd 800mb of data that the consultant picked up) whereas my contract is only for 300mb and I have not subscribed to any additional data on my account. My other issue is that I had a credit paid to me by which was due from Vodacom and now they have debited my account for almost R1000 from which I was advised by customer care that they had billed me for the credit which they paid to me. I will definitely be changing networks come next upgrade. I find this utterly disgusting and poor service from a service provider who I have been with for 9 years.
