I have been a client of Cell C since January 2013. My boyfriend (who lives in Dbn) ported his number to Cell C in April so that we could use the supercharge bonuses because we are dating long distance. But it seems that Cell C has been charging me money for calls and not using my free minutes. I reported this problem to Cell C and about a month later was phoned to be told that the issue has been resolved. It had NOT been resolved! I again lodged a complaint with them on 24 August 2013 and I have not heard back from them (13 Sept 2013)
They are very quick to take money from me every month, but when there is a problem then I basically get ignored? And what about the money that was taken from my airtime since April 2013? Who pockets that? I am going to stop the debit order and then we see what happens. What happened to customer service? I am so disappointed its not funny :( How may times do I need to ask and phone to find out if the issue has been resolved? Every time I call the customer care they tell me they will escalate the issue to a manager... Does no one know how to fix the problem? Is that why I am being ignored? If someone could just communicate I would not be so upset!
