In 2011 I called MTN and cancelled the BIS service on my account. In Feb this year they decided to add it back onto my account without my consent and then charge me for it. I called the call centre and was told that it was added back on because it was the 2 year anniversary since I added the service onto the account and they cannot take it off my invoice because it was activated for a month and I could have used it. After cooling down for 2 hours I called the call centre back and spoke to someone with a bit more of a clue and he submitted a request to accounts and said it would be resolved in 5 days. I left the matter in the capable hands of MTN who then did nothing and preceded to charge me for it. What makes me even more upset is the fact that I haven't used the account since November 2012 because I cannot deal with MTN anymore and this confirms why. They wont even let me give them 6 months notice that I dont want to renew the contract. MTN has the worst customer service I have ever come across
