Hi,

I have never been a postion to write on this site until now.

From November/December 2012, I received an sms that a My Meg 500Mb has been activated on my account. To my surprise i called into vodacom as I was at work when this happened and on my current contract I already get 500MB's of data a month and I did not ask for this or request for this additional service.

when calling in I told the customer service representative that I did not request this and there has been a mistake and he must reverse the charge and the data... he said he will investigate this and get back to me, 3 days later I called in to see what was going on and literally nobody could give me a straight answer (on going since December). January I called again and Spoke to a Andries Mafokeng and his assistant manager, they assured me this would be sorted. I rceved a call back saying the person they were dealing with put the phone down on them and explained to them that I have used the data so I must be charged for it!! But when looking at my account I have not used the data... This still hasnt been resolved and I am still waiting for a call!! Disgusting customer service and this is promoting
