Good-day I claimed for my phone that got on Saturday the 23rd of March 2013, I upgrades my contract in December 2012, I called 082111 and I was transferred to speak to a lady called Tshepo who blocked it and then I asked her about claims procedure that she told me my phone was not insured, I don? t understand because the guy that I upgraded my phone with in December told me everything was covered. he told me I was going to pay R189.00 but I have been debited R198.00. When he was explaining the package there was a time when I felt he was telling me different stories to what the first lady I spoke to told me and I requested him to get me someone to explain better but he insisted that he will re-explain better but he never disclosed every important information to me. I don? t understand what is going on and I? m totally not happy about this service. its like when they need your money they are quick to call and and rush over everything on the phone, this is not treating customer fairly at all. now they are telling me that its my responsibility to ensure my phone, how on earth would i know i have to do it separated without even a hint from a consultant. regards cynthia
