Bad service from Eric

On Saturday morning 18 Jan when I woke up I made a call on my phone only to discover that my phone calls had been blocked by Vodacom. I called the call centre to find out why because my phone is not contract. I spoke to a lady who said it's an error by Vodacom& she said she'll send me an sms with the reset settings. I waited& after about 30 minutes without an sms, I called the call centre again. I spoke to someone else, explaining my problem& this time I was told a different story. She told me to call a (011) 546 4605 number. I asked her to transfer me to the number& she said she can't it's an outside line. I explained to her that I'm home alone& have locked myself inside& only have 1 phone so I can't call that number since my phone is blocked. After several attempts to explain to the lady, I asked for the team leader/supervisor. His number was Eric. I explained AGAIN to Eric my problem and I've NEVER experienced such bad attitude in my life. The guy didn't even want to hear my story. I asked for his manager& he said he was the manager. After arguing with Eric he eventually dropped the phone on me!!! The call centre agents are very unprofessional at Vodacom!!
