Upgraded-no phone delivered - non-existing service

Upgraded my contract on Saturday and my new phone was supposed to be delivered to my my office by 17:00 today. I phoned them at 15:00 just to find out how far they are and they told me that it still needs to be delivered. I explained to her that the upgrades number is not working and she was able to get someone on the line to asssit me with my query. I phoned again after 17:00 as no one delivered the phone. I was transferred totshe upgrades line again and kept having to phone back explaining that the number keeps cutting after you confirm the number that you are enquiring about (Did any of the employees that I spoke to even report this?). I phoned back again and told the agent they need to get someone on the line that can help me and I end up being transferred to New Business Contracts. I explain my whole story again and request that either they get someone on the line for me or I want to speak to a manager - I was transferred to the cancellations department! This just tells me that instead of sorting out my problem Vodacom would rather me cancel my contract. i have now been holding for 43 minutes for the lady to cancel my contract as the stock was not dispatched... still holding!
