I took a contract phone package with vodacom but the consultant that assisted me signed me for a different package, different from the one we agreed on.. I decided to go to the store manager in clearwater to rectify the mistake but instead the manager told me that there was nothing he can do because was the consultant was unavailable even went to the vodacom store here in auckland park and i was told a a different story and i fail to understand how can this be because they all work for vodacom. I called the manager again to speak about who is going to pay the bill and he is telling me we will sort it out. I took the contract phone on the 9th November 2013 and i only found out after a week that it was the wrong contract package its still not sorted out and i have to keep on calling them to get the matter sorted out but still today am paying for something i know nothing about. what more am i suppose to do?
