Not treating customer fairly

I simply cannot understand why you treat me like this. I am a loyal customer but are not treated fairly. I have applied for a loan on Monday, was pre-approved. I spoke to a consultant that told me that I am approved and that I will be called by a consultant with an offer. Then I was called and requested documentation that I provided. In that I heard nothing I phoned yesterday and was told that my application was declined due to incomplete information. I then had to phone another number but still could not be given any explanation. I do not understand, I have a clear ITC profile, not over indebted in fact my total outstanding loan repayments is not even 10% of my net salary thus I have more than enough money left in a month to settle such a loan with ease. I simply do not understand why you would treat me in this manner.
