Refusal to pay for Insured lost Phone

I have had my phone insured for more than 5 years. I lost my phone with a sim card number that was listed for insurance of the phone on the 17th of December. On the 18th of December I lodged a claim. No response No feedback until I enquired on the 20th December 2013 and I was told that someone (Patrick) will call me. I waited and still no one got back to me. I wrote emails and no one cared. On the 23rd I called again and spoke to a lady called Duadre and she enquired what happened. I had in the past swapped sims so that I can download on the phone. On the loss of the phone on the 17 December 2013, the correct sim was in the phone. The phone has been insured for more than 5 years, and I have never skipped my monthly premiums. Now the insurance company is dodging my claim trying to find way not to pay for the claim. I am told that because I had switched the sim in the phone it is not covered. I have informed them that the phone got lost with the sim that was insured with it. I have the firm idea that the Insurance is syphoning and defrauding innocent people who are diligently paying for insurance ONLY for the company to dodge around and look for ways not to pay back. UNPROFESSIONAL
