I have been battling with reception in my area and called the call centre, I was told they will send out a technician to assess the reception, about 3 weeks after that I received a call from them advising that they are in my area and the reception is really bad. I then asked what can be done for me and was responded to saying that nothing can be done and I should cancel with them.
I then called the cancellations department and advised them that they were supposed to cancel the contract end of April which never happend. Eventually it was cancelled, and they said they will give me a credit for the 10 months I had the phone and credit me my outstanding minutes which was over 800 but they need to collect the device. BUT someone from Vodacom will call me to advise the amount I have been calling them almost every day to find out what is happening and they do not know but say they will get their "team leader or manager" to call me back to date I have not received a call from them, but then today's get a call from their courier company saying where can they meet me as I need to give the phone to them. NO COMMUNICATION from Vodacom.
Does anyone there care about customer services!!!
