VODACOM reception problem

The worst reception ever for past 7 months... when there is an emergency you can't call a ambulance for help. A sms takes a week to come through to the other person, the calls keeps on dropping. And I can go on and on.

Allot of phone calls was made to the Vodacom customer care services and a complaint was given that the reception in Secunda is bad. For the past 6 months we call Vodacom and complaining about the same service.

Im sick and tired of Vodacom's constant reply (we are working on it...) well how long will Vodacom work on the reception problem in the Secunda Mpumalanga area. Its 7 months going on 8 months with the same complaints. The solution...

VODACOM just DONT CARE! If Vodacom truly wanted to offer a good service they will do something about it.
