MTN have charged me R2000 plus, in the past couple of months, i have requested that they send me a usage report that details the amount of Data used so i can make sense of it, i then got a response that they cant send me my data usage report, HOW the do i pay for something monthly and i cant be Provided with the report of what i pay for!! i have 3 contracts with the company!! do i carry on with the company or must i cancel my contracts due to bad service??
if I as a customer cant be given a report of what i pay for, then what the am I doing with MTN!!
