Vodacom useless call center where no one can help

Called Vodacom to cancel one of my contracts through January, when it had already expired on the 01/12/12 where it should be up to Vodacom to cancel my contract when it expires. I receive a call on the 14/02/13, stating that I have two contracts due for an upgrade. I call Vodacom and speak to Lebogang after sometime he puts me through to a team leader (Morwa), as I refuse to pay for something that should have been cancelled. Morwa assures me that he will call me back at 17:00 that afternoon, to resolve my problem still awaiting that call. I called the next day requesting to speak to a manager, where I get put through to a team leader again Lindiwe very unhelpful and rude person. I tell her my problem, I told Lindiwe that I spoke to a team leader the day before where my problem wasn't resolved she asks me for the team leaders name (Morwa) I give to her and she tells me that the person isn't in their department which is strange when I phoned cancellations, so I tell her I want to speak to a manager. I get told that the there are no managers onsite and can't put me through to them, that is unacceptable. Still have not received a call and called back few times, I get told there is no details.
