CANCELLING CONTRACTS DUE TO BAD RECEPTION AREA

We moved into a new place in Sundowner in February 2013 and noticed that we didn't have much reception. Between my wife & I, we have 2 x cellphone contracts and 2 x 3G contracts with Vodacom and without reception at home to actually use them, I phoned Vodacom to enquire about getting a booster and they said that a new tower is being built in the area and it should take about 6 months to be completed. November 2013 I phoned Vodacom again to find out if the tower is up yet as the reception was still non-existent, they said that the tower wasn't up and they couldn't give me an exact timeline due to the dealings with the council so then I demanded a booster, the consultant then said he put in a request for a booster and that the people that deal with that will contact us shortly. That afternoon I got a call from the booster dept and the guy said that even a booster won't help us in that area and that they will have to cancel all our contracts - at no charge to us. I phoned again in January 2014 to enquire on the status and the customer care consultant said that they can't do anything until they hear back from head office. Can somebody please contact me to resolve this matter ASAP.
