I have been battling with signal issues for months now, when i first started having issues i logged a complaint, days went by and no response from cell c, when i called in to see whats happening i was told it is still being looked at by the engineer, i gave them some time and still didnt receive a call, i called again and received the same response, after several weeks i was then told to complete a Network Feedback form, i completed it and sent it in, after a month as still havent received a response, i then called in yet again this time stating i would like to cancel my contract based on network issues, my original call was logged within the first 6months (CPA allows this time to return the phone to the service provider), when i said i would like to cancel and return the phone cell c logged a call for the phone to be collected for inspection, i was fine with that, but two days later i received an sms saying i owe them just under R6k for the phone, when i called in to find out they said i had the phone for too long and that i had to pay the amount if i wanted to cancel, i refuse to pay the amount as i have been battling for months. they need to collect the phone and cancel
