I would like to express my disappointment with the treatment i have received at vodacom. on the 22 of august i called vodacom to cancel one of my lines, one of the consultants at the customer service transfered me to retentions department and after i was persuaded into upgrading instead of cancelling, i agreed to it

i was then told that my phone will be delivered at the address's provided within a week. on the 25 of august i received a call from a courier service RAM asking me to meet them between 8:30 to 9:30 a street away from where i work to collect
my phone as their driver cannot come to where iam. i told the lady i would have to check that with vodacom cause that is not what we have agreed on.

when i call vodacom on the 29th of august to enquire about the delivery, i was told the deal was cancelled because RAM couldn't't deliver at my place of work. the deal was cancelled without even calling me to ask for my advise or alternative number. had i not call, when were they going to tell me. i feel this is unacceptable. for a company as reputable as vodacom at that.

i tried calling customer care but was sent from pillar to post. eventually i was given an email address tha
