No Assistance - Bad Reception

I logged a call about 2 month ago regarding bad reception in my area. A ticket was never created so no one called me to assist with the issue of bad reception in my area. I logged another call again regarding the same incident and they gave me a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time, and someone only came by a week and half after that. Now they tell me they can't get someone to assist with a signal boost as they close over December and can only assist next year, but I have to work over Dec and unfortunately use Vodacom 3G, which does not work. So I want to cancel this contract, and they still give me attitude to pay 75% of the outstanding balance, but I am sure as not paying for something that I can't use.
