Vodacom shocking cell phone reception

Vodacom is not living up to its advertising. The recent commercials that Vodacom has aired on TV is definitely false. We are using our phone in the Sunrella Area close to Lanseria and the reception is very poor or there is no reception at all. We are using the cell phone for business purposes and cannot continue to lose business because the reception is so terrible. We have called the call centre numerous times to let them know. However nothing is being done. All the other service providers MTN and Cell C have perfect reception. If I could get out of my contract I would certainly do this.

Please do something about the reception and live up to your advertising!
