Vodacom does it yet again.1stly I informed Vodacom on the 28/03/2013 that I would like my contracts cancelled at the end of the term (05/05/2013). I receive a statement with bills that do not tie up to my signed contract. I call in to query why such amounts and was told that the system reflects the correct amounts. I requested that the supervisor call me as the consultant was not able to assist. I receive a call from the supervisor (Lerato) who again tells me that the system is correct. I signed an everyday off peak 120 contract where I am charged a R99.00x24mnth subscription fee.(R135.00 - R36.00Discount incl BIS). The statement I receive for this month is not discounted with the R36.00 which i have queried&Lerato said that the system is correct. After trying to expalin to her that my statement is still within the 24 mnths&the discount should apply, she drops the call on me&does not bother calling back. Is this the type of service we pay for? How can a statement generated within the 24 mnth contract period nt include the discount that is stated on the contract&yet vodacom has the audacity to say its correct? I urge all2check their statements as this is hw we are cheated. Disgusting service.
