I AM SO ANGRY!!! FRUSTRATED AND IRRITATED WITH VODACOM!!! Today I received a phone call from Vodacom informing me of an arrears account... I was so shocked... I ported my number to MTN about 2 years ago and never signed a new contract with Vodacom. The Guy informed me that a new contract was opened under my name somewhere in last year and that this account is now being handed over. As an Attorney myself I know the procedure. Today was the first time I heard anything about a contract. I did not receive any statements or anything. I did not open a contract. I requested them to supply me with a copy of the signed contract but they refused, They said the number is 076 640 3854 and that is all the information I could get. They also advise me to write a statement with a copy of my ID. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS... THIS IS A JOKE. I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED. I WILL PERSONALLY SUE VODACOM AND OBTAIN A COST ORDER. I AM AN ATTORNEY MYSELF IM GIVING YOU 48 HOURS TO RESOLVE THIS. I want the copy of the signed contract. This is ridiculous how on earth is there another person that look just like me on my ID photo and why is this the first time I ever hear about another contract with Vodacom
