I am suppose to receive my billing statement every month for my contract. It started 4months ago that for some months I don't receive the statements, and I have to make calls to call centre to request for the statement to be email to me.
I requested MTN to fix the problem so I can receive my billing statements as per usual. This problem obviously was not solved!
I did not receive my November statement (funny enough is December statement was received but not November??)
Last week Friday 4 Jan 2013, I phoned the 808 number, and the guy told me that he will log a call to have my statement email to me within 24 hours. I DID NOT receive the statement.
I then made calls to 808 number again and again and again and again as everytime the call centre people would tell me that statement will be email to me within 24 hours but NOTHING happened. I have requested to speak to the supervisor directly on my 3rd, 4th and 5th call to 808 but I couldnt talk to the supervisor -apparently he is too busy NOT to help me!!
