Unacceptable Service!!

I upgraded my package two months ago, It was never updated by Vodacom, at the end of October I had to call Vodacom and go back into the store to correct my package, I was told that Vodacom has a back log and will automatically correct my account and everything that was spent (calls and data and sms). During November I received my statement to show I don't owe anything to Vodacom (accepting they have corrected my account) as my October payment was way more than usual. End November Vodacom took a debit order of almost 3 and a half time more than what I am supposed to pay. I reversed the debit order. I logged a call with Vodacom to correct this. I have called many times in the 48h turnaround time they said they will call me back but every time their system is off line and they are not able to assist me. It has now passed the 48h limit and still no contact from Vodacom, when I called them now their system was once again off line. My bank has been debited and took me in to paying bank fines (that is why I reversed the debit order). I am also not getting the correct data, calls and sms as per what was sold to me (and showing on the contract). I am very unsatisfied vodacom customer.
