Good day

I am writing this with disappointment,
I have a contract with vodacom and I agreed that I would like my Statements to be sent every month on my email address, but that is not happening i have to call them and ask that every month thats not ON, I thought to myself this month I am not going to do that, I am not calling them, and the last this I found is that when I went to the nearest branch to find out about this problem one of the agents there who was helping me looked in my profile and she told me that under my profile for statements received they wrote " Customer lost the statement, and wanted to be resent", have I lost the statement before or the system didn't send me the statement why are they writing false information.

Please if your system cant send me automated statement every month or it doesn't have a monthly task that runs and send statement tell me, not to make excuses please.
