Shocking Service from MTN Corporate

I took a contract with MTN Corporate at the end of Nov 2012, mainly due to the 23% discount they offer to corporate clients. I received my first statement and invoice from MTN in mid-Dec 2012 and to my surprise I received no discount on my pro-rata subscription for Nov, and no discount for my Dec subscription. In addition, I was charged R181 for call charges even though the contract includes 179 free anytime minutes (my total call duration for the period was only 163 mins). I also requested that a data bundle and itemised billing be included in the contract, but neither of these items reflected on the statement. After numerous calls and emails, I was assured that it will all be rectified on the next statement and my account will be credited accordingly. However, I have just received the Jan 2013 statement and once again did not receive the discount, nor was any of the previous mistakes rectified. I have been emailing the call centre supervisor and manager (and various others), but is still to receive a response from them detailing how and when this will be rectified. I have also left three messages for the call centre manager to phone me back, but to date have received no call.
