Call centre refuses to assist me

My laptop contract was finished and I extended it with a MY GIG2 for R99 monthly. The contract I signed clearly states no device and MY gig 2 monthly for R99 per month. Since April 3 statement I am being billed for MY Gig 2 R149 pm and 3g Laptop instalment of R140.00 per month. I have been trying to fix this, but the call centre tells me they cannot fix it and I must go to the store, the store says the contract is correct and clearly says no device and total billing amount R99.00 per month the head office billing department must fix it. I phoned the call centre again today and they told me they will log a query for the laptop instalment that is incorrect but the my GIG 2 is correct and cannot be R99 per month. EVEN THOUGH I have repeatedly told them I have a legal contract that says I only PAY R99 per month. I offered to email the contract, was told to email the contract to customer service email address and tell them my whole query again!!! The call centre agent was also rude, said she could not hear me, when I told her its the people making a noise behind her, she told me NO its not, SERIOUSLY whats going on, we pay much more for services at Vodacom and get service!
