Pathetic Service from Kea Luphai

Just a note to let consumers know that Kea Luphai at Autopage and her supporting team are terribly inefficient.

I have requested, in writing, an upgrade of my contract and was meant to receive the new handset 2 weeks ago. That has not happened.

I again asked Kea to please respond this morning with an ETA on the handset and she has ignored my e-mail.

Really pathetic service!
