Vodacom
I never receive statements of my contract

I have been with vodacom for more than 24 months, i had three contracts with them, one is aid in full but each month i have to call vodacom and request a statement which i never receive. i don't know how they are expecting me to pay the, . each time i get a promise that i will receive the statements on the 17th but till today am using wild guess on how much i owe them because i am a loyal customer i do pay them. i don't blame people who disappear and stop paying their contract because vodacom service!!!
