Yesterday after noon I purchased 2 items of clothing for my wife, 1 item being underwear. In a rush I took the in correct size. upon reaching home and unpacking the items I bought I realised I had taken the wrong size. It was too late to return to the store, with the tags still intact I tried to return the underwear but was told it is policy not to exchange the item. the item was a two for one and both were still attached together. it was clear that the item was not used. the manager indicated that she would have exchanged it if I returned it the same day. how was this possible since by the time I realised the item was the wrong size the store was closed. I can understand the hygiene policy but you can surely see if an item was used. the attitude of the manager was very bad she has no manner of speaking this is not the first poor service received from the carnival store managers. they should be sent on a customer service course.
