My mother, a pensioner, bought a gift from your store (no-one at the till mentioned a gift slip / or explained about return policy) but it was the wrong size. It has never been opened (its a boxed set) and has the price tag still on it - it is clear that the item was never used/opened. She went to return it but both the manager flatly refused to consider or look at the item for return (I can understand the hygiene policy but you can surely see if an item was used or even opened) due to your non return policy. The gentle soul was so distressed when she took another pair so that she had a gift to give but took the wrong cut. She's been a member of your club since before I was born (over 40 years). Now this state pensioner has 2 unopened (very clearly unopened) boxes which she's tried to exchange to no avail. She's a law abiding, honest and sincere person who has given up on your store because your staff cannot see that an item is completely unopened/used and that she simply made a mistake. Please help her.
