I am completely shocked at Zara's return policy together with their general attitute towards their customers. I have been a very loyal customer, both local & internationally. I purchased a few items from the Sandton store & tried to exchange one of the items. I understand that because I did not have the receipt I could not get a cash refund however i simply requested to have the item exchanged for another item - the tags were still in tact. The manager of the store simply shunned me & told me to contact the call centre for further assitance. In my opinion, this is. Zara, start taking care of your clients... soon you will be beaten by your competition!!!
