Denied item exchange for another with a slip

Hello woolworths,

I am deeply dissasppointed, I bought a top from a sale. It is my size, but was tight in the bust area. I returned this top to Greenacres Woolworths, I told the lady, I wanted to take another item instead of that as that item was no longer available for me to change a size. I was told I could not exchange that item for anything else to its value.

I am wanting to buy something else in the same store, I cannot de denied the opportunity to exchange an item for a more suitable item that satisfies my desire.

Please I would my request to be accomodated.
