I bought an item on ebucks. Received the item on time bur realised it was the wrong size. I contacted them and they escalated the query. After two they got back to me and told me to phone the supplier. This was however not my mistake. I ordered a the correct size but they however ordered a large from the supplier. I cannot understand how it becomes the customer's job to fix the mistake made by them. I had to pay to send the incorrect item back to the supplier and had to struggle to get the correct item to me. I phoned them several times with no joy. They actually admitted that i did order a small and that indeed a large was ordered by them. But still i had to spend money phoning the supplier and returning the item they ordered incorrectly.
