Incompetent people working in the call centre!!!

I phoned to lodge the same complaint I had 3 weeks ago with my sim card. I spoke to one of the consultants and when I asked her to speak up she simply put the phone down in my ear- this is absolutely unacceptable!!! If your employees are not willing to speak to a customer then they shouldn't be working in a call centre!!! So I phone again and the next consultant I spoke to told me that i should keep lodging my complaint they will eventually attend to it. This is another sign of incompetent people being employed to work in the call centre.

I have absolutely had it with the ser vice I've beenreceiving from this call centre and for the simple fact that I've been experiencing soi many problems with my top-up account and my sim card access.

I am going to cancel ALL my accounts with the EDCON group if this service continues in such a poor and incompetent manner!!!

you must realize that the customer makes the company and that you should serve the customer with the necessary knowledge and willingness to assist.

This is shameful and I am actually regretting having my accounts and contract with you.
